How does the free trial work?
Every new workspace starts on Pro for 14 days. You don’t need a card, and you can use every Pro feature, including automatic payment reminders.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you don’t subscribe, your workspace moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: your invoices stay readable, and the free editor keeps working. Subscribe any time to switch the cloud features back on.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing in your workspace. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Can I switch between Pro and Business?
Yes. Change plan from Settings → Billing. The change is handled by our payment provider, Paddle, which works out any difference for the current period.
Are taxes included in the price?
No. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax or VAT. Paddle adds the right tax for your country at checkout and shows it before you pay.
Who processes my payment?
Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record. It handles checkout, payment methods, tax, receipts and invoices for your subscription, so your card details never reach our servers.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a payment. See the refund policy for details.
Is the invoice editor really free?
Yes. The editor has no account, no limit and no trial. Paid plans are only for the cloud workspace: sending, tracking, reminders and teams.
